We're here to help.
Open BapCal, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes all your photos, groups, and data. It cannot be undone.
Yes — because BapCal uses a device identifier instead of an account, uninstalling does not delete your data. Use Settings → Delete account before uninstalling to fully remove your data.
Create a group in BapCal and share the 6-character invite code with your friends. They can join from the onboarding screen or by tapping Join group in the group switcher on the home screen.
Go to Settings → Groups and tap Leave next to the group. Your photos will be removed from the group but will remain on your personal timeline.
Make sure BapCal has notification permission enabled. Go to iOS Settings → BapCal → Notifications and enable "Allow Notifications."
The group and all shared content within it are deleted. Photos you posted to that group will no longer appear in the group view, but they remain on your personal timeline.
Yes, BapCal is completely free with no ads and no in-app purchases.
The fastest way is Settings → Delete account directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we'll handle it manually.
